Big room, supermarket nearby, really low price. Very pleasant staff.

The room and bathroom were not very clean and there were quite a lot of bugs

Location There is one Filipina reception at night which so kind enough to upgrade my room which made my stay ok.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent stay at OYO 118 Revira Hotel establishment from September 22 to 24, 2023 in Room 306. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to a prolonged and inconvenient electricity shutdown. During my stay, I encountered a series of issues related to the electricity supply. The power outage lasted for extended periods, leaving me without essential amenities such as air conditioning, lighting, and even the ability to charge my electronic devices. This not only disrupted my comfort but also made it nearly impossible to carry out basic tasks. I reached out to the staff multiple times to inquire about the situation and seek a resolution, but the responses were unsatisfactory and unhelpful. The lack of timely and effective communication from the hotel's side only added to my frustration. As a paying guest, I expected a comfortable and hassle-free stay, which unfortunately was not the case. The persistent electricity problems significantly affected the quality of my experience at OYO 118 Revira Hotel, and I believe it is only fair that I request a refund for the inconvenience I endured during this stay. I hope the hotel management makes a big project plan for the renovation of the property and refurbishing of the hotel. Improvement of the service to look after as well as the hotel seems always fully booked but lack of comfort due to the condition of the property.

The location and the staff were too good and friendly

The room was quite ok for me but many of the amenities were not in good condition such as the washroom door was not functional even the tap was not working and the blower as well There was not proper hot water in the shower. And at-least a guest at the time of checkin can expect a water bottle before the enter the room ?

The cost of hotel room

I went to drink and I back room I eat and sleep but when I wake up to check out the reception show me a pic for me showing that I sleep in the door of my room this never ever ever happened to me I almost drinking all my life and I’m 100% that I back and eat and sleep in my bed that make me uncomfortable and feels unsafe I was drunk and sleep in my bed and room is locked how do I go out and sleep in the door and when I wake up I see my self in bed also so how he got that pic

the staff was nice and helpful

the Windows and the bathroom walls were really dirty. The matress was in very poor conditions and I woke up feeling backpain

(1)Bathroom waste water not flowing to the drain (the stuck in the bathroom) no towels in bathroom (2) Television satellites only show cartoon channels . (3) entrance for guests is very poor (entrance is too open directly to the road)

الطاقم جدا ممتاز ومكان الاقامة من حيث الموقع ممتاز ولكن الاثاث جدا قديم والنظافة كذلك بالرغم اجتهاد عامل النظافة يوميا وفعلا كان الكل لطيف هناك وتلبية جميع متطلبات اطفالي ولكن يحتاج الى تجديد الاثاث حيث انه جدا قديم ومكسور .وشكرا لكل طاقم العمل .

لم يعجبني ريحة الفندق سجائر ربما بسبب ان تحت الفندق مكان للشيشة وكذلك انا حجزت استيديو وعندما دخلت الفندق وجدتها غرفه صغيرة بسرير فردي ولم اقم فيه ولكن الفندق جيد للاقامة والسعر جيد
